Ability in Disability

A dream in the eyes
Tells story of courage
A smile in the face
Shows glimpse of almighty

This world is no different for us
We have those dreams just like others
Our hearts are stronger,
That powers us forward

Let us fly with the wings of our dreams
Let us scale those horizons that we aim
All we need is stream of heartily support
Cos, we are able as all others in the heart

Every day we wake up
With a pledge to do ever so well
Taking all challenges, head on
We have nothing to prove to anyone
It’s our wishes that we want to fulfil
We don’t need sympathy
Just treat us on par with other kids, with love

Nothing is beyond us,we believe
Even sky isn’t the limit for us
When eyes cant show the path
Our hearts lead the way
When ears cant hear the words
Our eyes read them
When the silence of voice trembles
Our hands talks for us
Our hands and legs make up for each other
giving strength for this journey of life

Don’t stop us from doing things that we cherish
We may fall down many times
Just give the hand to stand again
Cos we want to fight our way
Like those, brave warriors
Who put stakes on their lives

Hopkins, Beethoven and many more
have shown the world their best
All we want is to follow their path
On level terms with our friends

We want to swim against the tide
We want to climb the mighty Himalayas
We want to ski in the air
We want to ride the horses

Let our brushes weave the magic
Let our voice sooth the audience
Let us fly kites into the sky
Let us run the great marathons

Give us the freedom to express
Give us the strength to face life
Clap for us when we succeed
Smile with us in our glories

We are not here to cry
For all those we don’t have
We find happiness everywhere
And in everything that we do
When we live, we inspire
Hundreds of those in despair
This life is there to be lived
And we want to live, self reliant.

Our words have same wavelength
Our colours have same vibrancy
Our dreams have same magic
We are all same in front of god
We want to win just like all others
Don’t worry about us, we will make it
Even when the challenges are daunting

Let us fly with the wings of our dreams
Let us scale those horizons that we aim
All we need is stream of heartily support
Support us from the depths of the hearts
Cos, we are able as all others in the heart
To find ability in disability for the life ahead

Waiting for a magic

I am waiting for a magic
To change my life again
I am waiting for a magic
To smile with happiness

Now everything seems extinct
Darkness has swamped my heart
Walking alone in a standstill world
With even my shadows seems lost

It’s like the rays of a new born galaxy
Brimming with unending fresh energy
That could frisk away the evil darkness
Instilling a new belief to live once again

I need a flow in my heart
Just like snarling snake in stream
I need a glow in my eyes
Just like reflecting light, in rain

It seems it’s gonna be a long wait
But, I feel it’s indeed worth waiting for
It’s a wish which keeps me moving
With a stubborn spirit never to give up

A Million Sorries

I don’t know how to make you feel
What I am going through now, ever since you left
I don’t know what to say to you
To make you understand, how much sad I am

Things have changed from cheers to jeers
In matter of some moments, I cant believe
We were having some nice time, and now!
We are miles apart like strange souls

When you avoid me like that as you did
I feel,I am lost in an alien planet all alone
With hopes dashed to make it back to this world
As my heart lost all the might to think and find a way

I was just teasing you as always
Wasn’t complaining at all as you believe
I hope that you remember ma promise
That I always will tell truth to you

I am helpless now as you are silent
Not letting me to clear the air as I wish
Getting yourself hurt with those thoughts
Which I couldn’t help you stopping at all

A million sorries fell down as tears
A million words flew down as apologies
A million souls emerged from them
Chanting only one thing..Baby I am sorry
I wish you could hear those chants
And forgive me, if I have hurt you

I never misunderstood your feelings
I am as realistic as I ever can be
But then,I m hurt that you are hurt
I wish I could be there to say only three words
“I am sorry”!!!!!!!…………

Hill of Souls

I walked alone in the hill of souls
In search of a missing piece of heart
I wandered like a disillusioned soul
Frightened by the dreadful scenes

I wondered what the souls are doing
In this peaceful misty greeny hill
I wondered what they are looking for
While the darkness is not around

I asked a soul, what you are searching for
He said, I am looking for an escape route to life
While I saw other souls walking with madness
In search of long lost dreams and soul mates

I asked myself, am I alive or am I dead
In hell, heaven, or just living in dreams?
Why I am searching in this haunted hill
When there are no traces of hope left

I breathed harder to feel the odour of hill
Then I realised, I am alive like those birds
Flying around with scared hearts inside
They are as curious as I am about this hill

I found my piece of heart at the horizon
Flying like a peace flag in a torrid warzone
Where the souls are fighting for blessing
To get a life back to fulfil unfinished wishes

Mercenaries of Death

Every morning, we wakes up
Seeing the news of terror, somewhere
All the time we feel, oh my god
Painful enough, to bring tears from eyes

Many a time, we wonder!
Why do all these things happen?
Why is this bloodshed not ending?
Why do all those people have to suffer?

It wont end soon, as
Mercenaries of death
Are out in the streets
In the name of god
In the name of state
In the name of mafia
In the name of terror
Cold blooded, motivated to kill

Now, there is no place in this world
That we can ascertain as safe one
As, anytime, anyone can blow it up
With blood shattering all over the place

Paradises are like hell, now
When will this mayhem end?
I wonder, what do they achieve?
When they kill innocent people

Can they give back the kids, to the parents?
Can they give back parents, to those orphans?
No money or words can make up for those losses
When they can’t give a life, why they wanna take one?

Blame it on those greedy rulers, who
Breaded these mercenaries of death
To gain some paltry political victories
But ended up as the victims of the same

Even child warriors are so determined
Brain washed to be fierce, with guns in hands
Emotionless even when blood splatters
Trained tactically to kill, living only to kill

We can only wish
To get them back to their homes
Changing them for the sake of humanity
Healing them with prayers, so that
This blood shed ends someday
