Pathetic roads here Filled with gutters and it's raining Yet,no-one Cares!

Same thing here. No one cares about people suffering with heavy rain consequences. What's Gogyohka?

Gogyohka is Japanese 5- line poetry version. In this, verse is written in five lines, with each line representing one phrase. Have nice weekend.
